Some of the lines on the specification draft are showing as D Cert, why is this?

Specification lines showing as a D cert indicate the Wool Classer’s Stencil is missing from one or more of the bales in the line. 

• This can happen when there is no Wool Classer in the team
• The Wool Classer was added after the bales were added
• There is more than one Wool Classer in the team, and the Wool Classer’s Stencil was not selected when entering the bale
