Frequently Asked Questions

The Save and Copy function will let you save the current Wool Book entry and copy the details to a new bale. 

1. Add a bale to the Wool Book
2. If the next bale you add has the same or similar details: select Save and Copy
3. A new bale number will be generated and the same bale and mob details will be copied over to the next bale
4. Update any details that are different and add the bale weight
5. Save the new entry when finished

This is useful when you need to create multiple similar Wool Book records without re-entering all the same information each time. 

Yes, from the job module the starting bale number is recorded. Note bale numbers should not be duplicated in a selling season.  

It is not necessary to start at bale number one. Any bale range can be set from the first bale number in the job module.
